What we stand for
A repair shop loses money two ways: the part that does not fit, and the part that fits but fails three weeks later. Both are prevented by honest information at the moment of purchase — not by a complaint call afterwards.
That is why the catalogue is organised by device rather than by supplier code, and why nothing is published without its quality grade. If a part is compatible rather than original, it says so. If it is Service Pack, it says so. A price only makes sense when you know what you are buying.
